PILLETO - Return & Exchange Policy

At PILLETO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@pilleto.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Once your request is received, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and detailed return instructions. Requests made during weekends will be processed on the next business day. Please do not send any items back without first receiving the return authorization, as such returns will not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a proper solution.
We do not accept returns for the following items:

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (such as beauty products)

Swimwear, bodysuits, and lingerie
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@pilleto.com.
